Edinburgh Psych Fest 2025 – First Acts Announced

Some of Edinburgh’s best known venues are set to pulse with mind-bending music and vibrant energy next summer as Edinburgh Psych Fest 2025 makes a triumphant return on Sunday, August 31st.

Following two sold-out years, the festival is gearing up for its most electrifying edition yet, with a lineup that promises to blur the boundaries of psychedelic sounds and visual art.

Headlining the event is the chaotic, post-punk force DEADLETTER, alongside vaporwave psych-pop maestro George Clanton, whose genre-defying sound has captivated audiences worldwide. Joining them are Honeyglaze, a South London trio weaving intricate math-post-punk melodies, the experimental brilliance of Do Nothing, and the psych-rock swagger of San Diego’s Crocodiles.

But the magic doesn’t stop there. The lineup delves deep into eclectic genres, from the melancholic soundscapes of Bubble Tea and Cigarettes to the dreamy psych-pop harmonies of Deary. Goblyns are set to groove their way into hearts, while Belgian five-piece Mojo & The Kitchen Brothers and Cornwall’s Blind Yeo promise to deliver sonic journeys steeped in psychedelia. Dublin’s garage-punk trio Adore, local shoegaze darlings Swiss Portrait, soulful singer-songwriter Linzi Clark, and Glasgow’s raw-mince-rock provocateurs BIN JUICE round out an already stacked bill.

Set across multiple venues in the heart of Scotland’s capital, the festival promises not just music but a full sensory immersion. Attendees can expect trippy visuals, carefully curated DJs, and an array of food, drink, and merchandise to complement the kaleidoscopic atmosphere.

£24.50 super early bird tickets SOLD OUT. £30* early birds tickets are on sale now via edinburghpsychfest.com. Excitement is reaching fever pitch with more acts are yet to be announced, but one thing is certain: Edinburgh Psych Fest 2025 will be an unmissable celebration of sound, vision, and all things psychedelic.
