As the old saying goes, absence makes the heart grow stronger, a statement that carries some weight in the case of Slowdive. The cross generational audience crammed into the QMU tonight are testament to the lasting and growing appeal of the band.
RESOUND were there to capture proceedings on what turned out to be a night that will live long on the memory of all those in attendance. Breathtaking, heartfelt, mesmerising, the adjectives could keep going all night….
